Leadership Team

Under the General Manager, our structure is organized into five key pillars:

Finance – Led by the Finance Director, managing all accounting, budgeting and financial compliance through the Finance Section.

Marketing & Sales – Headed by the Deputy General Manager (Marketing), covering both domestic and international business, sales administration, and market development via the Marketing Department and its sub-divisions.

Production & Operations – Led by the Deputy General Manager (Production), responsible for production planning, process technology, equipment maintenance, and manufacturing across the Formic Acid Workshop, Power Operation Workshop, and Finished Goods Workshop.

Safety & Environmental Protection – Oversight by the Safety Director, with dedicated Safety and Environmental Protection Sections to ensure full regulatory compliance and workplace safety.
